Team Lead Melanie Arnold, highly-experienced, award-winning creative director, co-ordinates her core team from the German city of Hamburg. Drawing from her global network of freelance creatives, planners, consultants and producers, Melanie matches each client’s individual needs with precisely the right team from Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, London, or wherever the Collective is finding new inspiration. Nowadays, thanks to skype & Co., everywhere is just next door.
